Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement that governs the relationship between EZE Connect LLC, the owner and operator of EZE Connect (“EZE Connect”, “us”, “our”, “we”) and yourself, either as an individual, or on behalf of an organization or business entity that you represent (“you”, “your”, “yours”, “user”, “service provider”, “advertiser”). Therefore, please, read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ezeconnect.com “Website” and/or EZE Connect Mobile Application “Mobile App”. Our Terms apply to all users of the website and/or Mobile App, including but not limited to visitors, guests, users, service providers, advertisers, contributors of content… etc. You, hereby, understand that EZE Connect or any of our affiliates reserve the right to limit or terminate your use of our online services if you do not abide by our Terms, or at the sole discretion of EZE Connect. By accessing any of our online services; website and/or Mobile App, you agree that you have read, understand, and fully accept to abide by these Terms, as well as any additional rules that might be applicable while using our online services, in addition to the EZE Connect Privacy Policy.

“Service Provider” registered people with the sole purpose of providing their contact information, and visual content for their customers to reach them and communicate with them.

“Guest” anyone who visits our platform with the purpose of searching for a service provider in a specific field.

“User” registered visitor of our platform who wishes to directly communicate with a Service Provider through the messaging feature on out platform.

If you DO NOT accept these Terms and Conditions, Applicable Laws, Guidelines and Policies, including the agreement to arbitrate on an individual basis any claims between you and EZE Connect LLC, please, DO NOT ACCESS, OR USE the Website and/or Mobile App, and DO NOT click “Join as a Business Provider” (or similar) or otherwise use the Services provided by EZE Connect.

 

 1. CONTENT APPEARING ON OUR SERVICES:

1.1 CONTENT: Our services may include, but are not limited to, text, contact data, graphics, images, videos, social media links, PowerPoint presentations, or other content “content”, created by us, service providers, or advertisers.

1.1.1 Contact Information: Provided by Service Providers are their sole responsibility. EZE Connect has no control over the accuracy of the contact information provided by any Service Provider. Providing false information would only impact the reputation of the Service Provider without any liability on EZE Connect.

1.1.2 Graphics, Images, Videos: EZE Connect reserves the right to approve any visual objects added to Service Providers’ profiles. Any Visual Content (Images, Videos, Graphics) that contain any abusive, threating, sexual, political, or religious content will NOT be accepted on our platform. Failure to abide by these rules will subject you to the suspension of your account. EZE Connect reserves the rights to approve of your visual content edits as well, to insure you abide by the foresaid rules. If you encounter any obscene or offensive visual content, please contact us with the Service Provider’s name, and we will remove it immediately from our platform, and suspend the Provider’s account.

1.1.3 Text: Service Providers use text to describe the services they offer to their customers. Any Text that contains any abusive, threatening, sexual, political, or religious content or references in any shape or form will NOT be accepted on our platform. Failure to abide by these rules will subject you to the suspension of your account. EZE Connect reserves the rights to approve of your Text edits as well, to insure you abide by the foresaid rules. However, If you encounter any obscene or offensive text content, please contact us with the Service Provider’s name, and we will remove it immediately from our platform, and suspend the Provider’s account.

1.1.4 Social Media Links: Are provided by Service Providers and are their sole responsibility. EZE Connect has NO control over the content of the links provided by the Service Providers. The opinions, references, or innuendos represented in these links are the sole responsibility of the Service Provider without any liability on EZE Connect. They represent the views and opinions of the Service Provider, and We at EZE Connect are NOT responsible in any shape or form for their content or opinions. However, If the content is obscene, please contact us with the link, and we will work on removing the link from our website, and suspend the Provider’s account.

1.1.5 Powerpoint Presentations: The content of the Powerpoint Presentations is the sole responsibility of the Service Provider. EZE Connect has NO control over the content of the Presentations provided by the Service Providers. The opinions, references, or innuendos represented in these Powerpoints are the sole responsibility of the Service Provider without any liability on EZE Connect. They represent the views and opinions of the Service Provider, and We at EZE Connect are NOT responsible in any shape or form for their content or opinions. However, If the content is obscene, please contact us with the Name of the Service Provider, and we will remove the Powerpoint from our website, and suspend the Provider’s account.

1.1.6 Messaging: The content of the messages between the User and the Service Providers are the sole responsibility of the conversation participants without any liability on our part. EZE Connect have NO control over the language choice, or the opinions of either party. Please refrain from using any threats, abusive, sexual, political, or religious content in your messages. Any blunt expression, or use of innuendos will NOT be accepted on our platform. If you encounter any obscene or offensive Message content, please contact us with the User’s/Service Provider’s name, and we will suspend their account immediately.

1.1.7 EZE Connect is a Platform that connects Service Providers with future customers in various fields. Please help us provide you with a safe space to enhance your clientele database by abiding by the abovementioned rules with regards to the content of the platform.

 

1.2 SERVICES: Our services include this Site and an application which allows users to search for service providers in various fields. Our Public and Protected Services are collectively referred to as the “Services”. In other words, our Services are only intended to help you search for a Service Provider in the field that you require. You acknowledge that some of the Services are made available under various names. You also acknowledge that EZE Connect has no control over the contact information provided by the Service Providers on their own pages.

1.2.1 Services for Users: Our Services are available for all website visitors completely free of charge. Visitors, Guests, can search for the service provider in the field they require without the need to leave any personal information, or registration, or paying registration fees.

If a User/Guest wishes to communicate with a service provider through our website or application, in order to leave them a message, then they Must register as a user, and create a user account, completely free of charge, in order to be able to receive the service provider’s response to their messages.

Our Service Provider Directory is provided for your convenience. The Directories only include Providers who use our Services and who have chosen to participate in the Directories. The listing of a Provider within the Directories does not constitute a recommendation for the services of such Provider or a warranty of the certifications or qualifications of such Provider. As all information is relayed as submitted by the Providers, and while we make reasonable efforts to provide you with accurate content, we do not guarantee, represent, nor warrant, whether expressed or implied, the accuracy of any information with respect to professional qualifications, expertise, quality of work, price, insurance, or any other content available through the services. In no event shall we be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on any such content. We do not in any way endorse or recommend any individual or entity listed or accessible through the services. While contact information may be available through our site, we cannot guarantee the availability of the relevant Provider, nor can we foresee their commitment.

1.2.1.1 Content: Our Services allow you to access reviews where various Users can share information, opinions, ratings and other Content. We generally do not pre-screen or monitor submitted Content, and such Content may simply represent a user's opinion. Our Services may also include ratings or testimonials ("Evaluations") from users that may endorse, recommend, critique, analyze, evaluate or otherwise describe the Providers and the nature or quality of the Services received by such user. Such Evaluations are anecdotal first-hand accounts of individual Users, and do not constitute a Provider's judgment. You should understand that the opinions expressed therein are of those who communicated directly with the service provider through our platform only, it does not reflect the opinions of EZE Connect, and does not in any way constitute or imply our endorsement or recommendation thereof. It also does not reflect the opinions of other users who have communicated or contacted the service provider through other communication channels. Thus, EZE Connect shall not assume any liability for any of the posted Evaluations. Further, you should bear in mind that Evaluations are subject to errors and biases that are common in anecdotal first- hand accounts, and should not to be presumed to be reliable or error-free. Any Content that you obtain or receive from EZE Connect, its employees, partners, sponsors, advertisers, licensors or otherwise through the Services, is for informational, and payment purposes only.

1.2.2 Services for Service Providers: Some of our Services are protected by technical measures intended to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of sensitive information our Service Providers store and share using our Services. We call these “Protected Services.” Such safeguard is requiring each Service Provider to be properly authenticated by means of authorization (“Credentials”), such as unique identifiers, usernames, passwords, and the like. In order to obtain Credentials, you must provide certain information about yourself.

When registering as a Service Provider, you will be asked to fill in a form that corresponds to the package that you chose, the higher the package, the more information you are required to fill. Information highlighted with a red star are mandatory, without which your account will not be accepted on the platform, and you will have to revisit the platform, and enter such missing information to ensure the completion of the registration process, and the acceptance of your profile on the website and App. Approval will be pending until a representative from EZE Connect revises your information and approves the profile. This process normally takes 24 to 48 hours, after which you will be able to access your account and edit your information as you wish. EZE Connect preserves the right to review edited information before submission, in order to ensure the integrity, and privacy of the platform.

2. PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

2.1 EZE Connect and its affiliates consider the privacy of your information to be one of the most important elements in our relationship with you. Our responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your information is one that we take very seriously. We are required by law to maintain the privacy and security of your protected information. We will let you know promptly if a breach occurs that may have compromised the privacy or security of your information. We will not use or share your information other than as described here. You are the owner of the data and you share it when you need through our Site.

2.2 To further protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information shared on EZE Connect, as well as the stability of our Services, you agree to the following additional safeguards. Accordingly, you agree that you will not, nor will you attempt to:

• Access, use or disseminate our Services, nor any information or files accessible via our Services, in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation or the rights of any individual or entity;

• Sell or transfer any information included in our Services or use such information to market any product or service - including by sending, or facilitating the sending of, unsolicited emails or SPAM;

• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our Services, or of the system or network supporting our Services, or circumvent any security or authentication measures;

• Disable, bypass, defeat, avoid, remove, deactivate or otherwise circumvent any technical measures we have implemented to safeguard the stability of our Services, or the confidentiality, integrity or availability of any information, content or data hosted or housed on our Services;

• Introduce to our Services any software, code or other device that in any way (i) permits unauthorized access to our systems or any software, hardware, files or data located thereon, (ii) disables or damages or otherwise interferes with or adversely affects the operation of our systems or any software, hardware, files or data located thereon, or (iii) overburdens or interferes with the proper functioning of our Services;

• Disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer our Services;

• Harvest, retrieve, index or publish any portion of our Services unless you are a public search engine engaging in public search services;

• Disable or circumvent our API usage safeguards, including safeguards designed to regulate the nature or amount of data you are permitted to extract from our Services, or the frequency of which you may access such data; or make calls to our API other than those authorized in our API documentation;

• Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on our Services; or

• Engage in any activity other than those expressly permitted in these Terms.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Users

Anyone is who visits or navigates through our website or App as a guest is NOT required to make any payments in order to search through our directories, or access Service Providers’ contact information.

Users who wish to communicate with Service Providers directly on our platform through the messaging feature, are required to register their information, however, they are NOT required to make any sort of payment in order to access the messaging services.

We, at EZE Connect have NO control whatsoever over the pricing of services provided by our Service Providers. Agreements on prices of services are the sole responsibility of Users without any liability on EZE Connect. Payments for services are conducted directly to the Service Provider without any mediation or interference from EZE Connect.

3.1.2 As a Guest/User you can publish Ads on our homepage. Ads in this case are paid, and although you don Not need to register for an account, you will still need to make a payment in order for us to publish your Ad. If you Choose to Publish Ads on our homepage, you will be contacted by one of EZE Connect’s representatives to discuss the duration of the ad, and its price. Our representative will communicate the payment method in order to publish your Ad.

 

3.2 Service Providers

Registration as a Service Provider requires choosing a certain package for a specific amount of time. Every package provides specific privileges to the Service Providers who choose it. Packages include the “Basic” package which is completely free, and other packages such as the “Silver”, “Gold”, and “Diamond” come for a specific fee that is identified during the registration process. Service Providers who choose the “Basic” package are not required to make any payments in order to create their profile on our platform. However, Service Providers who choose paid packages (silver, Gold, Diamond), will not be able to complete their registration process except after making the payment.

We wish to confirm that EZE Connect does NOT have any control on the prices of services you provide for your customers. We will NEVER request any form of payment or percentage from you as a Service Provider or the User for a service that you provided for them. We do NOT accept payments from Users for any services you provide, and we will NEVER mediate or be a part of said transaction between you as a Service Provider and the User.

Payment Collection for Service Providers

3.2.1 You may choose either (i) to pay using Debit or Credit cards on our website or (ii) to pay through PayMob. When we collect amounts on behalf of third-party providers, you explicitly agree to adhere to the payment terms of such Provider. You agree to make all such payments in a timely manner, and acknowledge that you are responsible for any amounts associated to your account.

In case you wish to amend your package, whether to upgrade or downgrade it, you MUST contact us, so that we could discuss the up/downgrading process, and proper payments, and payment method.

3.2.2 If you choose to Publish offers for your clients on our offers page, you will be contacted by one of EZE Connect’s representatives to discuss the duration of the offer, and its price. Our representative will communicate the payment method in order to publish your offer.

3.2.3 If you choose to Publish Ads on our homepage, you will be contacted by one of EZE Connect’s representatives to discuss the duration of the ad, and its price. Our representative will communicate the payment method in order to publish your Ad.

3.2.4 We reserve the right to establish, amend, or remove any charges, subject to our sole discretion. We may further offer promotions or discounts, which will alter the amount charged, but only subject to the terms and conditions of such promotion or discount.

 

3.3 Refund Policy

3.3.1 Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by EZE Connect.

3.3.2 The refund will be made after conducting a thorough investigation of the case.

3.3.3 EZE Connect reserves its right to refund any amounts into the Service Provider’s account to be used in other services at its sole discretion.

3.3.4 Refunds are not applicable if the Service Provider is unsatisfied with the service provided.

 

4. COMPLIANCE

4.1 You must comply with these Terms, any policies referred to on the Site, any laws, regulations, rules, License or Restrictions approved by EZE Connect.

5. LICENSE

5.1 Subject to these Terms, you are hereby granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Services, Content and materials on the Site in the normal course of your use of the Platform. You may not use any third party's intellectual property without the express written permission of the such third party.

5.2 EZE Connect will retain ownership of its intellectual property rights and you may not obtain any rights therein by virtue of these Terms or otherwise, except as expressly set forth in these Terms. You will have no right to use, copy, display, perform, create derivative works from, distribute, have distributed, transmit or sublicense from materials or content available on the Site, than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Services for their intended purpose and except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

6. USER REGISTRATION

6.1 You do not have to register in order to visit the Site. To access certain features of the Services, you will need to register with EZE Connect and create a ("User Account") through the online registration process on the Site. Your account gives you access to the Services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. When creating an account, you must provide EZE Connect with accurate and complete registration information, as prompted in the registration form. You must promptly notify EZE Connect if any of this information changes. If you fail to provide or update this information, you will not be able to receive the requested information through the Site. EZE Connect will also have the right to terminate or hinder your use of the Services.

6.2 By creating an account, you are asked to explicitly agree to these Terms. You further acknowledge that you must be over the age of 18 to utilize our Services, and that we do not take accountability for the use of our services if you are under the age of 18

6.3 You must choose a password to access your user account and must keep it confidential at all times. You further understand that you will be responsible for any actions/activities made on your user account by unauthorized third parties. You must notify us if you strongly believe your account have been hacked. Under no circumstances should you respond to a request for your password, particularly a request from someone claiming to be an employee of EZE Connect. You shall not authorize, assign or transfer your user account to third parties. You understand that you will be denied access to your account if you failed to enter your password for 3 consecutive times.

6.4 By accessing and using our Services, you consent to our using your email address to send you service-related, change of features or special offers notices including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail.

6.5 If you are registered as a Service Provider, you can NOT register with the same email as a User.

 

7. SERVICE PROVIDER REGISTRATION

However, to join our team and create a Service Provider account on our platform, you will need to register with EZE Connect and create a ("Service Provider Account") through the online registration process on the Site. Your account gives you access to the Services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. When creating an account, you must provide EZE Connect with accurate and complete registration information, as prompted in the registration form. You must promptly edit your account on EZE Connect if any of this information changes. If you fail to provide or update this information, you will not be able to receive the requested information through the Site. 7.2 By creating a Service Provider account, you are asked to explicitly agree to these Terms. You further acknowledge that you must be over the age of 18 to utilize our Services, and that we do not take accountability for the use of our services if you are under the age of 18

8.1 We are not responsible if information made available on this site by Service Providers is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided under the sole responsibility of the Providers.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to Update your Profile when necessary.

9. OPTIONAL TOOLS

9.1 We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

9.2 You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

• Unprofessional, unethical or dishonorable conduct;

• Malpractice or negligence;

• The cancellation of the appointment, the lateness of the Provider, or the no-show at all.

WE DO NOT OFFER MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT. WE DO NOT ENDORSE NOR RECOMMEND YOU A SPECIFIC PROVIDER. WE DO NOT AND DO NOT INTEND TO PRACTICE MEDICINE. WE ONLY HELP YOU SEARCH FOR THE BEST PROVIDER ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS. THEREFORE, IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOU EMPLOY THE SAME CAUTIOUSNESS AND PRUDENCE YOU WOULD HAVE EMPLOYED WITHOUT USING OUR SERVICES. YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT EZE CONNECT WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF WHATEVER NATURE CAUSED BY THE PROVIDER.

15. AMENDMENT

15.1 Internet technology and applicable laws, rules and regulations change frequently. Accordingly, EZE Connect reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes assent to any new or modified provision of these Terms that may be posted on the Site. We will post the amended Terms on this page and indicate at the top of the page the date these Terms were last revised.

16. CHOICE OF LAW

16.1 These Terms and all suits and proceedings hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. You further expressly and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt and waive any claims of inconvenient forum or venue.
